The CLEAR Clinic offers full-scope immigration legal services, prioritizing folks who are at the highest risk of deportation, through the Equity Corps of Oregon (ECO) program.

We are committed to assisting individual clients avoid deportation and remain united with their loved ones in this country, while also working toward dismantling the oppressive criminalized immigration system in the U.S. We work to defend the legal rights of all non-citizens in the U.S., regardless of immigration status or criminal history. We see our immigration legal work as a tool in support of the larger movement of liberation for all.
